2. About BFlies

BFlies is an online business directory and marketplace that connects customers with businesses across Nigeria. Vendors can create business profiles, showcase products or services, and receive enquiries directly from customers.

3. Vendor Registration

  • Only accurate and truthful information may be submitted.
  • Each business is responsible for keeping its profile up to date.
  • Businesses must not impersonate another company or individual.
  • BFlies reserves the right to approve or reject any registration.

4. Free Trial

Every newly registered business receives a FREE 60-day Starter Plan.

After the trial period expires, continued access to premium features may require an active subscription.

5. Business Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their business information, products, prices, images, and contact details.

BFlies does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listing.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying any product, service, or business before making any payment or entering into any transaction.

7. Payments

Subscription payments made to BFlies are for platform services only. BFlies is not responsible for payments made between customers and vendors.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent listings
  • Illegal products or services
  • False advertisements
  • Copyright infringement
  • Uploading malicious software
  • Using another person's identity

9. Account Suspension

BFlies reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

The BFlies name, logo, website design, and platform content are the property of BFlies unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

BFlies acts only as a platform connecting customers and businesses. We are not a party to any agreement, purchase, or transaction between vendors and customers and are not liable for disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from such interactions.

12. Changes to these Terms

BFlies may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any revised Terms.
